Nowadays restaurants are the most famous businesses around the world. You can find them everywhere. In this report I am going to summarise the sales at a small restaurant in the center of an American business district from 7th October to 13th October.
First of all, the day on which restaurant income decreased dramatically was on Saturday; for example it decreased from $2500 to $1950 for the lunch and from $4350 to $2900 for the dinner. Secondly the day on which the restaurant had a huge increase in their income was on Friday; like lunch increased from $2375 to $2500 and for the dinner it increased from $3800 to $4350 because it is the end of the week for all the members in the business companies. Finally we can notice that at the weekend all business companies are closed on Sunday and so the restaurant was closed too.
All in all, the overall trend is that the restaurant in a downtown American
