Portfolio task3

Balanced diet

          The healthy life is a life which everyone over the world dreams to live. People think that  a balanced diet or eating balanced meals is the key to healthy life. In this essay I am going to tell you if I agree or disagree with this point.

            First of all, there are major things which make our life healthy. The first thing us that we have to do a lot of exercises to build a strong and healthy body for example football, boxing and swimming. The second thing is that we have to keep thinking and especially for people who are over 40 years old because it will help their mind to be at the same level as when they were younger. The last thing is that people should live in a place which has a nice environment such as natural gas, nice weather and it has a lot of clean rivers or seas.

            Although there are major things which make our life healthy, there are major things which destroy our life. The first thing is smoking which kills a lot of people over the world. Then the second thing is  if people live in a place which has a high percentage of pollution they will keep breathing toxic gases. Finally the last thing which will destroy our life slowly is if we eat unbalanced meals, for example if we eat more than our body needs or less than our body needs.

            All in all, in my opinion I agree with people who think a balanced diet and eating balanced food is key for a healthy life because it helps you to get a balanced body.
